Help me give my students technology to use during reading and math centers!

Our elementary is a small low-income public school where 100% of the students qualify and receive free breakfast and lunch. My students do not have lots of background knowledge in the area of science and math but are eager to learn and want to be successful. My students are 4th graders who think success means they need to be a movie star, rapper or an athlete. My students love doing STEM projects and I love being able to give them the opportunity to think outside the box and explore their other talents; talents that they could never have imagined they had. The world is changing and Science and Math are the keys to our future. Our goal is to prepare our students for those Science and Math jobs that haven't been created yet, to show our students that being an entertainer or an athlete are choices they could make but they aren't the only ones. Reading is also another subject area where our students are lacking. I want to show them that it's not that they don't like to read but rather they haven't found the right book.
I have requested these iPads for my classroom so that during centers my students are able to increase and complete their required learning time on a program called Iready. It is a computer program designed to give personal instruction at the specifics students level. My classroom has 21 students in it 5 of which are ESE. These IPads will help me tremendously with my ESE students as they need intensive one on one instruction that I cannot always give because of the other 20 students in the classroom. Being able to have access to programs that will be instructing the students at their level and doing so in an engaging way with the iPads will help these students show growth.
