My students need their pictures displayed on our portable screen. The Miroir wireless projector is great because we have to be mobile and need a way to feature them. The HP Sprocket lets us print instantly.
The Students of Springdale Park Elementary reside in an urban setting. They are students who enjoy helping others and the earth. They are supported by their families regardless of the dynamics.

We encourage our students to show school pride. Due to pressures from life and school, our students need to be celebrated. They are so eager to please teachers and parents. This is why we have to celebrate not only students but teachers as well. This pushes teachers to go above and beyond and sets an expectation for others to follow. Students become better rule followers and show school pride.
My Project
These two items will encourage and motivate our students to continue to do their best. The HP Sprocket photo printer will allow us to print instantly and precuts the picture for easy display. Recognition is essential for success. This applies to teachers also. We highlight them monthly for Student of the Month and our Teachers monthly for Teacher of the month and print and display their picture on a wall and during the ceremony. Parents, students, and teachers are excited to see their picture on screen and get to take a picture home. The Miroir smart Projector must be compatible to our apple computers and phones in order to show in multiple places around the school. The wireless capabilities are endless with teachers using it in classrooms as well as outside classrooms.
This recognition motivates other students to want to become the student of the month for their class.
They become better citizens, more respectful and responsible and be green. They excel academically and socially and build on their social emotional learning. I believe it improves school pride and overall student and teacher morale.
