When introduced to the Enviroscape watershed kit, I, the teacher finally GOT IT! The idea of a watershed is unclear to concrete learners. This kit leaves no doubt the concept of what a watershed is and visually aids in the understanding of point and non-point pollution. I have used this kit for over 10 years successfully. The kit now is worn out and broken in several places because it is made of plastic. I will continue to use it, but water runs everywhere and produces a bad odor caused by the water caught in the molding plastic because of cracks. I have never seen a more dynamic and successful piece of equipment for teaching how we effect our water ways by point and non-point pollution!
