This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have been through it all. They are strong, caring, and in need of more. No, not more life struggles, but more support. Unfortunately, their resources are far and few, yet they deserve a bigger picture from which to view life.

If you could sit down with one of them for 15 minutes to listen to their life story, you would walk away wanting to do more and be more!

As their teacher and coach, I know I cannot save them all or change their situations, but I can try to show them they are essential to our community.

My Project

These water bottles will support our students to stay hydrated as they go to class, play sports after school, and even while at home. Having something nice like these matching water bottles will make them feel great on the outside and the inside.

It's something as simple as water.

However, these water bottles will assist in creating a responsible, environmentally friendly, and healthy attitude in these students. Knowing they now have this excellent resource will promote drinking water and staying hydrated in the Arizona heat as something cool to do.
