Due to the change in the way the school year looks, my students have been participating in remote learning since March. Virtual learning has been an ongoing learning experience for all involved. We are learning that many do not have the adequate resources necessary for online learning. Some of these resources include: food, clothing, mental health support, school supplies, transportation assistance, and so much more.
It takes a village to raise children, and we need help to be that support they so desperately need.
Sending them a individualized care package, filled with items to help them succeed in virtual learning is my goal!
My Project
We could not ask for a greater group of students. They are creative, innovative, and intelligent. They not only share a love of learning, but find joy and happiness in learning.
This donation will help us greatly and give our students the things they deserve.
The dry erase boards and dry erase markers will be sent home to my students so that they can do their work live via Zoom, while getting teacher feedback. This allows them to practice on their own.
Headphones with a microphone, so we won’t have as many communication issues like we did in the fall.
Pencils, sharpeners, erasers, Post-it notes (basic school supplies)
