Help me give my students 20 warm-up uniforms so that they can compete at the highest level without being uncomfortable from the elements and cold.

My students from Washington, DC are part of a School Restoration Act program that has upgraded the school facilities and building structures aimed to brighten the futures of the children who attend. This school is located in the southwest, downtown part of the city which gives middle school children from all cultures, areas, and various incomes an opportunity to learn and thrive within the District. My energetic middle school students enter their new classrooms ready to learn, explore, and discover. The students come to school each day ready to try new things and take valiant chances in order to increase both personal and academic talents.
The most important thing for anyone doing strenuous work or activity, is being comfortable and relaxed. Most of the time, when you are comfortable and warm, it allows for the maximum output from the individual doing the task or activity.
The warm-up uniforms that I have requested will be used to keep student-athletes warm while training and competing during the cold and inclement weather.
Most of my student-athletes come from low-to moderate income families, in which participating in cross country track, indoor and outdoor track and field has given them confidence inside their classrooms which has improved their academics as well as their social-emotional development.
Last but not least, this will give all students a chance to compete and train comfortably without being uncomfortable from the cold and elements. Student-athletes can focus on training and competition rather than concentrating on blocking out the cold and the elements while they train and compete. This will enhance the availability of the student-athlete during training and competition as well as their availability in the classroom. The studies show that there is a positive correlation between students who participate in extra-curricular activities and finishing high school and going to college.
