Help me give my students volleyballs, net, and antennae to be able to practice and compete!

My students live in an underserved community. They are smart, athletic, and curious. They welcome and enjoy new activities, sports, and games. Last year I introduced volleyball to my middle school grades and my student's, especially the girls, started asking me to start a team.
This school year we started our volleyball team and as of today, we have 16 girls in the team.
We train hard, we signed up for a spring tournament, and we need sports gear to be successful!
My girls are attending training three times a week before school at 7:30-8:30 am. Some of them had to be up by 5:00 am and switch two buses just to attend their training. Their commitment has inspired me to invest my personal funds, but I need your support in order to make sure my girls have everything they need to feel comfortable while practicing and competing.
Finally, practicing and competing will provide our students with the opportunity to attend the best high schools in Baltimore and increase their chances to acquire college scholarships.
Dear Donors,
These resources will support our students not only to prepare and be successful in competitions but to develop discipline and social-emotional skills that will support them in their life journey.
Your financial support will improve our student's chances to attend better high schools and acquire college scholarships. Also, being in our program is an honor. We keep our students responsible for their behavior and grades to ensure their success in the long term.
Finally, my goal is to create a positive relationship with my students and part of it is to show them how much I personally and the society cares about them. Thank you so much for your support!
