My Students

We are in the midst of an ever-changing, technological world. Our students are in most ways, more capable of these changes than us adults. Our students learn in a variety of ways, all beneficial, just different.

At my school, we serve a diverse group of students, with diverse ways of learning.

In many ways, we need to provide for our students. These students are grateful for what they have and always want to improve.

Let's give these students a chance at building their learning in a variety of ways!

My Project

Today, our students are looking for ways that classrooms can engage them. There are many ways to do this and not all of them are always evident. Sometimes we forget the little things that can help along the way.

Students are made up of visual and auditory learners.

The document camera is an easy way to model in the classroom and allow students to see firsthand. There are also ways to allow students to put a paper under the camera and have the computer read it to them. This would drastically help those students in the classroom who need this on a daily basis.

The speakers will help my students specifically. For years, my projector sound has had an awful buzzing noise that our tech guys cannot fix. Every time we use the projector sound, it is very evident. In the past, I have used smaller speakers, but this will definitely provide enough sound for the entire classroom WITHOUT the buzzing noise.
