Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our great students have a desire to learn, to grow, and to become great citizens. I love seeing their spark to learn and to do terrific things with their lives. As a teacher, if I can do things to help these students succeed in all aspects of their lives, then I have done my job.

Even though my students attend an inner city school in South Carolina, they are rich with enthusiasm and hope.

These students are hard workers who really have a desire to learn and just need adults to help them reach their potential.

My Project

Teachers Pay Teachers is a great resource for teachers to use during this pandemic. This will allow me to access thousands of high quality teaching materials for my students. This project will give me access to digital materials that I can share virtually with my students. We will continue to be at least hybrid through the winter months.

Virtual learning is a challenge, but these materials will help my students be more engaged in the learning process.

The digital notebooks and other materials provide excellent chances for the students to learn while we are still zooming away.
