Help me give my students incentives to build and enhance collaborative relationships, family engagements, and support for financial literacy/economics concepts while providing an authentic digital learning experience for all!

I teach in a rural community that serves a variety of students with varied abilities! I teach a wonderful community of first graders! In our classroom, each student is valued and an essential component of what makes our "classroom team." In our classroom, Team means "Together, everyone achieves more!" We work together, play together, read together, write together, smile together, learn together; yet, most importantly, succeed together!
"Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress, working together is a success!"
Transitioning towards “virtual learning,” enhances our dependency on parents/stakeholders now, more than ever. As we transition our first-grade classroom towards “online learning;” ongoing parental support is needed.
This project is designed to provide direct student benefit, encourage achievement(s) of specified learning outcomes, encourage ongoing family support/engagement, correlate our Financial Literacy/Economics objectives, and enhance our, overall, virtual learning experiences.
To encourage ongoing family engagement/support, correlate our Financial Literacy/Economics objectives, and enhance our, overall, virtual learning experiences, I would like to provide incentives, as PBIS incentives or rewards, for both students AND parents (to use as a family). I am interested in providing incentives that will encourage family engagements such as family movie night, family meals, family themed activities, etc.
To earn incentives (similar to our current classroom economy), students will complete digital lessons/assignments in a timely manner (while parents provide support to help students navigate), participate in Google/Zoom meets (parents encourage and ensure students participate in virtual meets), and complete family engagement activities (assigned throughout the school year).
Currently, we are utilizing ClassDojo as our main classroom economy (in which students may earn points to be redeemed for incentives). As activities (detailed above) are completed, points will be awarded (via ClassDojo) in which can be saved or redeemed, accordingly.
Through this project, I hope to build and enhance collaborative relationships, engagements, provide direct student benefit, encourage achievements of specified learning outcomes (detailed above), and support financial literacy/economics concepts while providing an authentic, positive digital learning experience for all!
