My Students
The children I teach come from a variety of backgrounds. These boys and girls come from a diverse selection of homes, but all are inquisitive, eager learners and love reading and learning about social studies. They always get excited to read about other cultures and hearing about past civilizations.
I love these kids!
No matter what circumstances they come from, they know that there will be cared for in my room. My students are always so appreciative of whatever they gain from school. This could be anything from healthy breakfast to an untold wealth of knowledge.
My Project
Virtual Reality headsets will allow my students to experience the various cultures of the world both past and present. It will be as though they're taking a field trip across the globe and across time. They can learn about Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by virtually visiting these places.
These headsets will also be used as time machines.
Students will get to experience Ancient Greece and Rome, as well as the Middle Ages as though they were really there. The plan is to use subscriptions to virtual reality sites where students can "visit" these exciting times and places.
