This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are a part of a public Pre-k program. They are full of curiosity, and excitement. My energetic students enter the class every day ready to explore and learn, through hands-on play. They love to draw, read and create books, dress up, collect outdoor items, and even build with blocks and Play-Doh.
My Project
The materials from this project will help parents to assist students with hands-on virtual lessons. The students will also take virtual field trips to the park and other places using our new go-pro camera ! The camera will give students a first person experience while doing things like searching for bugs, observing seasonal changes, and even exercise ! Preschool is all about learning through movement and play, the Bluetooth speaker will be used daily during our morning routine. Craft materials will be sent home for my each student to manipulate in order to complete their work independently. The items for this project will also benefit students while in the classroom whenever we return! The students will be extremely grateful.
