My Students
I teach Kindergarten in a Title 1 school in Knoxville, TN. In order to build these students into future leaders who can advocate for their own needs, I must first equip them with the successful tools to do so. My students love to move; they love options; they love to explore. My Kindergarteners don't want to settle for the ordinary. Not only do my students need more, but they deserve more. Help me set these up for success!

My Project
This year has really put a damper on our fun. In kindergarten, we usually visit the zoo, the pumpkin patch, museums, and parks. Not this year. With COVID-19, all field trips have come to a complete stop. But there is one way to go around this...
With a virtual reality headset, my students can literally visit places that they couldn't even imagine possible BEFORE the pandemic.
Most of my students will never have a chance to visit the beach or national parks around the world. We can change that. Let's turn this year into the best year yet. Virtual reality is our reality at the moment.
