My students are fun-loving kids who just need a little extra assistance. I support a wide range of students and ages in my school. Each and every one of them has a different need academically and emotionally.
While they need a little extra help it fulfills me, even more, knowing that I am making an impact on them just like they are doing for me.
My students are my everything and I cannot wait to see what this year brings, even with the uncertain times that we are in.
My Project
I currently work with students in 5th grade all the way up to the 8th grade. Some of the are virtual students and some of them are hybrid. The items will allow me to help teach and inspire. The IPad will be used as an additional screen and a way to take down notes for my students. Since I teacher middle school my students often struggle with accessing graphic calculators. The calculators will all me to help them when they can't get them. Since we are in such a virtual work the teachers bay teachers gift card will allow me to purchase resources that are digital and can be used to aid my students in learning. Also, since my student has special needs the sensory items will be used either at school or sent home to students. Finally, the tv will be used for an additional for my students. I have a few students who need a larger screen when working on computers. The tv will allow me to hook their chromebook up to it and still have the ability to complete their work.
