My Students

I love my students because they are so excited about their first experience with school! They are enthusiastic about every game, activity, or book that they participate in. My students love getting to come with their speech therapist to learn and play! I love all those cute faces and missing teeth sitting around Ms. Dawn’s therapy table. I’m going to miss seeing them in person but look forward to seeing their faces on my computer screen this year!

My Project

This device will allow me to provide interactive therapy services remotely. I can use it to project games, sensory boxes, sound and photo cards, and story books on my laptop screen for my students to view and participate. I can also use it to share interactive apps and songs with my students. The recording feature and camera will be useful so I can pre-record phonology and language lessons for parents to view at a later time with students since many students may miss my live sessions while parents are working.
