This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
This school year has been AMAZING! Although exhausting, I have had the pleasure of meeting these wonderful young people. I have already grown to appreciate their differences. Each of my students has their own Individualized Education Plan and come from various backgrounds. As Baltimore City school children, I am sure there are some differences and similarities with their experiences.
I have 3 first graders, 2 second grade students, 3 third graders, 2 fourth graders, and 6 fifth grade students.
All wonderful in their own way.
These scholars have not let their living circumstances vastly effect their desire to grow, they are all destined to live, love, grow and learn. My students vary in both grade level and individualized goal plans.
My Project
During these uncertain times, we should NOT forget those students living without current learning necessities!
Some of these students struggle with bare minimum daily, now they are being asked to study VIRTUALLY without COMPUTERS.
These laptops will go to those that need it the most, so that they can continue to learn. They will obtain reading, writing and math lessons from home, during this quarantine! Please help get the appropriate technology into the hands of OUR FUTURE, so that these students will continue to progress during this World Wide Crisis. Your SUPPORT is Greatly Appreciated!
