My Students

My students are eager, inquisitive, and highly motivated students that enjoy learning from hands-on, inquiry-based activities. Sometimes I model phenomena-based learning in my classroom and other times I have my students do the modeling. I want to provide them with my engaging projects to keep them in this growth-mid-set and on the road to a future of educational success.

My Project

Due to COVID, students have lost opportunities to go on field trips which can be an educational adventure missed. Not only that, some experiences are very costly or may be potential hazards to our students. Virtual field trips using Oculus - Quest 2 Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset - 256GB remove these negatives from the situation. By bringing the field trips via Oculus - Quest 2 Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset - 256GB virtual reality system, they do not miss out on such essential experiences. If we cannot bring them physically on a field trip, I can surely try virtually to bring the trips to them in my classroom. It is a hands-on opportunity without the worries of leaving the comforts of the classroom. Thank you!
