My Students

My school is a Title I school in Middletown, Delaware. We are a school of diverse learners. Many students come from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds a. There are many special education students in each classroom. Staff and students come through the doors every morning with a positive attitude and eager to learn something new!

Unfortunately the classroom has shifted to our individual homes.

We are trying to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere over the computer.

My Project

Our green screen will allow me to present material and be on the screen at the same time as my students. I can make creative and engaging videos that the students will be able to focus on. I can create an environment that really makes the students feel as if they are in school learning in person.

When we return to school, students will be able to use the green screen and tripod to use their iPad's to create more.

This will allow them to express themselves and create more personalized presentations. This will benefit students that are shy or anxious of getting in front of the class, and can showcase their artistic talents.
