My Students

My student are avid readers! Not only do they checkout books during their library time, but come in during their recess to get even more books.

During this time of school closure, they do not have access to our library and sadly the public libraries are closed as well.

My students are working remotely from home but without new books to keep them excited about reading. I want to help them keep that love of reading by supporting them during this time.

My Project

My students love to read but have little access to new books during the nationwide school and public library closures.

Please help me give them at least one new book to read that will keep them engaged in learning during this difficult time.

I want to start a virtual book club and provide books for families that cannot afford to purchase them on their own. This project will allow 25 students to participate that otherwise could not.

This title is part of the Sasquatch Award Nominees for 2020. This title is also part of next school years Battle of the Books competition. Students will be excited to start reading for this awesome program.
