Help me give my students Versa Tiles to develop critical thinking and independence in Reading and Math.

My 6 and 7-year-old students come from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and languages, creating a truly unique classroom. They are funny, dedicated, brilliant, kind, inquiring minds who rise to any academic challenge presented to them.
My first-grade classroom is full of 25 diverse learners, backgrounds, and special needs, with a huge range of reading and math abilities.
Each student has their own unique abilities and learning needs.
We are a Title I school so a certain percentage of our students come from low-income areas and receive free or reduced-price lunch. My classroom has students from foreign countries who are still learning to become proficient in English. Despite the challenges my students face in and out of the classroom on a daily basis, they still remain eager to learn and grow globally. My students are involved in the construction of knowledge through their active involvement by learning globally through our units of inquiry.
I will use these VersaTiles as part of my classroom Reading Workshop and Math Workshop rotations. The reading kit covers phonics, fluency, comprehension, conventions and vocabulary.
The math kit covers shapes, attributes, measurement, addition, subtraction, strategies, equations, counting, and place value.
The VersaTiles are an engaging active alternative to workbooks and worksheets. They combine the challenge of a puzzle with standards based skills reinforcement, helping students develop math and reading skills. The Tiles are great because they give the student a choice of answers; if their answer is not a choice, they know they need to go back and check their work. VersaTiles help engage the learner in puzzle like activities that are created by the teacher on the skill that is being focused on in class. VersaTiles allow students to self check with immediate feedback.
VersaTiles will help improve my classroom by providing myself and my students the flexibility for using them individually or for small group work.
The VersaTiles will replace worksheets with fun engaging puzzle like game play, increasing the effectiveness of reinforcement in Reading and Math.
