My Students

Our school district is in a low-income area. Our students come to school and enjoy it because it is their safe place. Our students work hard every day and they are super excited to explore and learn. The classrooms are warm and inviting, and teachers spend countless dollars to feed, clothe, and reward all of our students. The students want to be loved, and I can't wait to create a classroom that offers more than education.

My Project

This project will use "Teachers Pay Teachers" activities and exercises. The activities and opportunities are limitless on Teachers Pay Teachers. My main goal would be to choose some hands on activities that really stimulate that classroom and get the students thinking "outside of the box."

Venture out is a project to promote student engagement.

Specifically the projects involved would be centered around reading and writing. There are multitudes of ideas and exercises on Teachers Pay Teachers that would grant more flexibility in the classroom.

With extra vocabulary practice, more skills games, and writing units the sky is the limit!
