My Students

We have a self-contained alternative education class for students who may not graduate without significant intervention. We study traditional course material in non-traditional ways.

These are talented kids who face incredible obstacles, and they simply want the education they need so that they can find the life they desire.

I often compare this class to a LONG car trip in a VERY small car! We lean on each other, and we learn from each other. And we find a new plan.

My Project

These materials will help us engage our brains in creative problem-solving! We will build bridges, cars, castles... all kinds of crazy things!

School takes new shape when ideas become 3D!

The 3Doodler Mega set lets us draw in the air! The plank and building sets, combined with an art text, will encourage us to build, enjoy, and build again.

These materials are used at our Challenge Table - a place to try new things! These challenges engage high school kids as much as elementary kids. In our classroom, they provide a new way to work together to solve new problems.
