This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting an upgraded teacher computer in order to improve my ability to navigate various digital platforms that we use within the classroom. The computer will easily plug into my Smart Board which I use daily to display lessons I've created and to connect to the internet during teaching.

Being able to display lessons clearly and visually in the classroom allows all students to have access to the information being presented.

This is especially true for second language learners as they are visual learners. In addition, Junior High students are increasingly using Mac computers at home and programs such as Keynote in place of Power Point. This computer will also enable me to help them with their projects. Please help me to upgrade my classroom technology!
