My students need small group materials so I can use them during intervention blocks to close gaps and get them where they need to be; the high interest intervention folders and sight word cards will help me achieve this goal!

My Students
I have a diverse class filled with students who are eager to learn! I have students that are all over the spectrum academically. However, all of my students are motivated and excited to see their growth and academic progress. My students enjoy using technology, but they have limited access to it at school and at home. Through centers my students will be able to collaborate, create, analyze, and explore, which are all useful skills they need for the future.
These center materials will help them reach new heights in all subject areas.
My Project
These high interest reading intervention folders and sight word cards will allow me to better meet my students' need. The materials in my cart are all centered around small groups and hitting targeted skills my diverse students need. These will help students all over the academic spectrum, whether it be for practice or to reteach skills students need to read and build comprehension.
These materials will allow me to spend time teaching and pulling groups to better build fluency and comprehension.
I will utilize them during center time and have students come work in small groups to build upon skills I have already taught. The students love centers and are going to love having more small group materials!
