My Students

Teaching is my passion and I am excited to teach at a school with others that have the same passion. Though WPS is a large school, it has a small school feel. I have 21 Kindergartners who are eager to learn.

My classroom is made up of many different personalities and a variety of backgrounds that make each student unique and special.

I strive to create a comfortable and loving environment that ensures the success of my students. I love providing students with new experiences and opportunities on a daily basis.

My Project

Using Breakout games will allow my students to engage in new learning through collaboration with peers. Students will work in teams to solve puzzles with the use of clues. These kits can be used in all academic areas and integrating many different areas of learning.

Breakout games give students ownership of their learning and provide them the skills needed for problem solving, critical thinking, and an increase in communication skills.

Students will learn ways to use their strengths and support each other's weaknesses. It is amazing the collaboration and enjoyment kids experience during these activities. Help us unlock new learning with a new way of teaching!
