This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I made this project to enhance my students' engagement and learning. I believe that every student has unique strengths, weaknesses, and interests. By catering to their differences I can create a learning experience that resonates more deeply with each student, which leads to increased motivation (giving them rewards if they are doing the given task), comprehension (Using those laminating sheets and other educational materials for my instructional materials in reading to be more interactive and engaging) and retention ( being valued and acknowledge can boast the self-confidence that leads them to unleash their full potentials. I believe that this community helped me to realize this project and so thankful to my co-teacher for introducing this community wherein it is very helpful to the teachers and can empower teachers at their work.
