This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a fun-loving group of individuals, who are ready to learn and are from a low-income community that have diverse backgrounds.

Over 80% of our students are on free or reduced lunch.

We want to succeed and do our best in everything that we do! We do not allow these road blocks to stop our success. We want to succeed and do our best in all that we do. By having these projects funded, it will allow for our minds to expand and learn more.

My Project

Around the classroom, children are often working in teams, with partners, or independently. The goal of this clipboard project is to make my students' academic lives easier. At first, it may not seem like a big problem, but seeking for an object to write on steals valuable educational time from students. Clipboards with their ease of use and accessibility will increase the learning time. Also, clipboards are just fun to use!

The convenience and usefulness of a sturdy clipboard makes a huge difference in the classroom.

With these clipboards, my students will no longer waste and interrupt their crucial academic moments, diving through their backpacks and desks to search for a mobile, smooth, hard surface to write on. Retrieving a ready-to-go clipboard at their supply stations takes only seconds. Isn't having a clipboard awesome?
