This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students that I service are highly energetic and enthusiastic about our new online learning platform. We spend 6 and 1/2 hours per day learning together how to navigate Microsoft Teams and Canvas to be successful with this learning process.

My Project

We are using writing to express our feelings and thoughts of the world around us during these unprecedent times. My young and enthusiastic writers are connecting to their families, friends, and community by using words on paper. The printer will be use to print different writing resources for my second graders such as graphic organizers, writing prompts, finished products, etc.

This printer will give my students the opportunity to see their finished product in print form with or without color clip arts.

Writing can be difficult for many, therefore, we must be as creative as possible to help all be successful.
