This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

What I love mst about my students is the hard work and dedication they show everyday, not just in learning academic content, but trying to learn it though another langugae. My English Language Learners really inspire me and I enjoy working with them. Watching their growth and progression in state standards and English proficiency is amazing. They are so motivated to learn and they never give up! I want to be able to provide them with the best opportunites that I can.

My Project

These materials will make a difference in the lives of my students by allowing them have a new and a clean pair of uniforms to wear to school. We are requesting donations for uniform shirts, shorts and socks in various sizez to meet the needs of many students. By having this basic need met, my students will be able to concentrate on their learning and not have to worry about thier clothing. Many students at my school could find this resource helpful and with your support we can begin to give basic needs to students in need so that they can come to school ready to learn. Thank you for your support.
