My Students

I have a delightful group of curious, thoughtful, kind, and clever students who have a variety of backgrounds and interests. They encourage each other when trying new things, help each other when needed, and often set a great example of how we should treat others in the words and actions they choose. We love learning new things and taking on challenges!

My Project

This year has been a struggle for everyone! It has been hard finding fun and engaging activities for students that are safe. We would love to include making music using our ukuleles while studying our Utah history, celebrating different cultures, and uplifting our spirits each week.

We will use these ukuleles each week as part of our integrated curriculum, but also for fun and encouragement!

We need 10 additional ukuleles so that everyone has their own, ensuring safety and involvement for each child. Thank you for your consideration! We look forward to making some incredible music and memories together (while reviewing and learning new social studies and social-emotional skills)!
