Aloha! My students are motivated, intelligent, and strive to excel. As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
I currently teach AP US History and Polynesian Dance.
I believe that I have some of the best students in the nation, and I want to give them every opportunity to excel and grow in my classroom.
My Project
We have a desktop computer and printing station but no table to put the computer on. All of our desks are used for students and having an extra long rectangular table will allow us to have a printing station for myself and students that need to print assignments. This is the first year that our class is being held in Z-building and we are the farthest away from campus. Unfortunately, we do not have all of the furniture that we need due to lack of resources. The table and shelving will enable us to display books in the classroom and organize our textbooks.
