Tree Free: The Way to Be
Help me give my students get the materials they need to lead a tree-free classroom. Rocketbooks will allow my students to have a technology based, reusable alternative to the constant need for paper.
My class is a multi-age, multicultural class of gifted and talented students who love STEAM! From a Title I community school with over 60% free and reduced lunch, my students come from apartments, trailers, duplexes, and single family homes. They embrace their differences and come together for some amazing, boundary free learning.
We are always searching for avenues to challenge our different ways of thinking.
My students love to do hands-on projects that allow them to problem solve projects in science, engineering, and math using technology, and art as well as their group problem solving and creativity to complete their tasks.
My students need Rocketbooks and Pilot Frixion pens to take the need for paper down in our classroom. Rocketbooks are reusable notebooks that students can erase over and over after saving their work to their Google Drive. This will allow students to save time as well as paper and give students a digital way to keep their papers without the clutter that regular papers usually cause.
Rockebooks will allow my students to have a reusable alternative to the constant need for paper.
My students are already utilizing technology in the classroom and this is a way to continue to work on handwriting while combining it with the digital nature of today.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
