This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My K-5 STEM class is full of students who are determined, bright, kind, and forward thinkers who want the best education possible.

Not only are most of the students I teach English language learners (ELL), but my school also serves refugee families coming from various places.

My Project

Books open up a world of possibilities for students and we want to make that happen for our students. We recently got funded for a Book Vending Machine and need your help to fill it up.

We want to make reading fun and available to all students regardless of their reading styles.

While our library has an amazing amount of pictures books and graphic novels, our students are unable to bring them home. By supporting this project, you will be providing books for our vending machine where students can pick books to take home forever.
