I want every day in my classroom to be an adventure in learning new things! One of the best ways to accomplish this, is by having a variety of books in our classroom for students to dive into and read. My students come from different backgrounds and experiences, but have one thing in common. The all love to learn in 3rd grade!
My Project
The donations to this project will help spark and improve my students' reading skills. My students will be able to have a variety of genres to choose from.
The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. Students will also be able to reinforce good reading strategies learned, as well enjoy the different genres. Research supports that students' having access to quality books increases their reading for learning and pleasure! If students can make a connection to the books they are reading, their love of reading will grow. Please support our reading project!
