The students that I teach are amazing! Each and every one of them has a yearning to learn and contribute positively to the world in which they live. My students are enthusiastic and eager to learn fourth graders.
From the minute they walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on their potential and growth while they are with me.
They take pride in their efforts and are willing to challenge their minds for the sake of learning.

My Project
I want to provide opportunities for students to experience the power of stories through books even in Math class. Reading at our school is a precious time when students can dive into any book of their choice. Right now, we need more books on 4th grade level added to our classroom library. With these added to our library, students can have a greater chance of finding books that will get them excited about reading and help them grow as learners!
These books will fill my shelves with engaging, exciting, and age appropriate titles.
I've asked for books that will hook even the most hesitant of readers. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to fall in love with reading. With new books, my students will have more opportunities to lose themselves in a great book! Please help my students with the support you will give to help them succeed.
