I am fortunate to spend my days with tiny humans that have BIG potential to change the world around us. As their teacher, I am passionate about my students having everything they could need to feel safe, secure, and successful within the walls of our classroom. They deserve the materials that allow them to embrace our space and make the most of our time together. They are eager to learn and always anticipate the next opportunity to challenge themselves and stretch their thinking!
My Project
Day in and day out my littles dream up the most marvelous ideas and share their excitement about the places they hope to see, the books that captivate their hearts, and the characters they adore. My hope is to bring their wildest dreams to life by combining their love of learning with an experience they could only imagine.
Every day my littles transform our classroom into the happiest place on earth and I want to give them the same gift that they have given to me by turning our classroom into a pirate ship, the frozen tundra, and a giant game of candy land!
By pairing rigorous and engaging lessons with the physical transformation of our classroom my kids will be able to utilize the supplies from this donation to bring their learning to life. For example, the telescopes will be used for "diving into text" and practicing our comprehension skills. The pirates gold will be used as manipulatives for math practice and the snowflake rings will help us to use "snow much" of what we have learned while we are writing our how to build a snowman paper! The possibilities are endless and that is exactly what my students deserve. Thank you in advance for helping me to give my littles the experience of a lifetime!
