Help me give my students the materials we need to make room transformations! We are requesting backdrops, table decorations, and items to make it feel as though they are inside of the content they are learning.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are amazing and talented young children. They are second graders who have a wonderful thirst for knowledge and learning about the world outside of their community. These students come from a Title I school, meaning that they are in a low income home. My students deserve the fair chance that all other students get with materials and special school supplies. Donating to my students would be donating to help better their education for now as well as their future.
My Project
I am asking for specific room transformation pieces to add to my collection. The kids walk in to a classroom transformation unexpectedly and their eyes light up! They are immediately engaged in what we are learning. I try to do these transformations when we are learning particularly difficult content.
These backdrops ( shower curtains), pillows, table decor, and more are just a few materials needed to make these classroom transformations come to life!
