Training the Hands that Heal

Help me give my students the chance to learn first aid, CPR, and health care basics with the CPR manikins, blood pressure cuffs, AED training kit, and other first aid supplies.

My Project

Because my students attend an alternative high school, we do not have the budget of a regular high school. These amazing and wonderful students are classified as "at-risk". But they are far more than this title. They are students who are excited to learn and want to learn new skills.

By funding this project, it will allow my students to gain basic health care knowledge that will be useful for our young parents, students living with older caregivers, and those who are in the care of others.

These students should be able to have the chance to learn what is offered to other high school students in the district. By funding this, they will be able to receive a first-aid certificate, CPR and AED certificate, and learn basic health care.
