Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our school is 100% free/reduced lunch with many needs for our football program and very limited resources. We are implementing plans to annually generate consistent revenue to put our program in a place of financial stability.
Our players are hungry for success!
They are working extremely hard for the upcoming season. However, we currently do not have the funds to properly provide our players with the needed equipment before our practices begin. We are looking for any assistance to help us get started.
My Project
This training equipment will serve multiple needs for our players. We only have 4 cones within our program. For each position to correctly teach the fundamentals and skills of their position, more cones are needed. These cones will also be used to develop speed and agility during the off-season.
The equipment will take our off-season program to the next level!
The ladders we are requesting are a great way to help our athletes develop quickness. We will use the hurdles to perform different jumping drills that contribute to coordination when running. The ropes are a great exercise to use to increase our upper body strength.
This equipment will help our athletes compete at a higher level. Thank you in advance for any help.
