it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students
I work with 4-year-old students. They are just wonderful. They always come to school full of energy and ready to learn.
Some of them are really shy, but when given the opportunity, they show how very smart they are.
The majority of my students qualifies for free or reduced lunch so it is not a surprise that many of them have never been exposed to much, making school the greatest thing that has happened to them (best motivation to do my best as a teacher). Colorful, educational materials will be greatly appreciated.
My Project
My students love technology so I try to use it to give one-to-one interventions when there is a need. The problem is that mastering the use of a mouse is very difficult for some of them since their fine motor skills are still developing.
Having a touchscreen monitor will allow my students to concentrate on the tasks ahead instead of trying to figure out how to use a mouse.
My goal is that the HP - Pavilion 23.8'Touch-Screen All-In-One will help my students maximize the time and energy they spend completing their conceptual refinement Math and Language Arts activities and, at the same time, decrease the anxiety and frustration associated with not being able to control the mouse.
I am sure that with your help this will be accomplished!
