Help me give my students a home learning manipulative kit since we don't know when we will be back at school. My students don't have me there to use magnetic letters to make simple words on the board.

My students are awesome and like little sponges taking in information. They are quick to show me they are smart with repeating information learned from lessons. I enjoy listening to them and watching them at play when pretending to be teachers. I love hearing them sing the academic language in their play while trying to teach their pretend lessons.
Many of my children in the class are from refugee, high poverty, and Non-English speaking homes.
The children in my class don't have many resources at home to compare to the other children at other schools. Books at their learning level are scarce in my class and their homes.
Learning to read is hard when you see the teacher write it, but if she uses magnetic letters to make the word "cat", each letter is a different color and students can actually see the first, medial, and ending sounds. Most days, I am there to demonstrate but COVID has me at my computer broadcasting and I am not sure the students understand what I am demonstrating. However, if I were to say find the letter c, letter a and letter t. The students would touch it, learn prepositions like in front, behind, next to, and in between. I would teach three lessons at the same time! Reading, Writing, and Prepositions!!
