Our students are enthusiastic and always looking to expand their learning. With the expansion of technology in the world, they are ready to take technology to the next level in our building. With their curiosity and creativity, they have the potential to be problem-solvers of the future. Our school is rural and many of our families are involved in farming in some way or other. Our school district is the largest in land area in the county but has a low population in comparison to landmass.
My Project
We are making steps to turn our computer lab space into a makerspace. We recently received a grant for supplies and now we need hand tools to help our learning LITERALLY be hands-on. We are slowly and patiently filling our makerspace with all of the things we need to stretch our brains and grow our passions.
We need to hand tools to build and create.
We will design and build in our makerspace. These tools will help us to grow our brains into more creative and curious thinkers and problem-solvers.
