My Students

The students of FS are an amazing group of kids. They are hard working and dedicated. I have seen them be capable of making incredible growth in short periods of time. There is a lot of potential for these groups to be outstanding performers. I'm trying to provide these students with the basic supplies to keep them focused on their musical growth, and not have them worried about how they are going to pay for supplies. I want to give every student the chance to pursue a music education if they choose to.

My Project

I am looking to add to my elementary's schools musical supplies so we can start building fundemental skills at a younger age. We have been able to start some basics, but we can only accomidate small groups at a time. These items will allow us to accomodate more students and expand our variety of music. The xylobell kits will allow us to play a new range of notes our current equipment won't. Adding to rhythm percussion equipment (Percussion Rain Forest hand drums and Rhythm Club Kongas) will allow us to have more rhythms lessons that will reach more students at a time. These supplies can really help our elementary program grow.
