Help me give my students the resources they need to utilize their 1:1 Chromebooks in my classroom such as headphones, a green screen and a pop up changing room.
I have been working in my district for over eight years and every year my students are different and come with new challenges and new rewards. This year's class of 2025 has a great mix of students that have diverse needs. Throughout the school year, we work on all of the MA core curriculum standards while integrating challenging and exciting projects to keep my students motivated and engaged.
Our school recently became a 1:1, meaning that all students have their own Chromebooks.
I was so excited to get this technology into my classroom. I conduct 100% of my class online via Google Classroom and I have been teaching students how to use and integrate new technology into their presentations and classwork throughout the school year.
My Project
These materials will allow my students to access the multitude of resources we have at our fingertips via their Chromebooks. I regularly integrate audio, video, and technological-based projects in my classroom.
We will be able to record our Flipgrids in privacy, make audible recordings, and practice recording with green screens.
These tools will help my students feel comfortable when recording in the classroom by using the Pop Up Pods, they will be able to listen to videos and audio texts as well as be able to record themselves with the headsets, and we can finally start recording videos with a green screen backdrop.
