Recently, I secured a subscription to Time Magazine for Kids for each of my students. Each month we receive up to three sets of new magazines! The students have become extremely invested in their new reading activity, and for the first time, they are truly invested in group discussions. They absolutely love sharing the new information that has been placed at their fingertips. These magazines have become central to our reading curriculum. This incredible blessing, however, has turned into a bit of an organizational challenge. Our magazines are literally piling up. These piles are not the best way to emphasize the importance of these magazines. Additionally, this disorganization makes it very difficult for students to access their magazines. A storage system, therefore, is essential if I am to maximize the potential of this wonderful resource. A nice display and organization system will emphasize the important role of these informational articles in our class. Furthermore, it will make the magazines more convenient to access. Please help turn an organizational mess into a news stand!
