My Students

Every day, I have the joy of creating memories of success, failure, and perseverance while teaching kindergartners the joys of learning.

My kindergartners want to be the best that they can.

They are full of questions, from the iconic "Why is the sky blue?" to the question I was asked the other day, "Why do apples come in different colors?" I want my students to further their curiosity by learning to read, write, do math and be knowledgeable about the world. My classroom strives to engage students so they are life-long learners.

My Project

My kindergarten students need new learning activities and games. I have purchased numerous activities, games, learning centers, etc. aligning to our standards and curriculum, have bought myself a colored laser printer; now I am requesting the toner to go with it.

The toner will be utilized to make targeted, differentiated, hands-on learning activities for my kindergarten students.

I have students that know 2 letters to students that are reading books; hence differentiation is key in my classroom! Printing the activities in color will be more engaging for my young scholars. I plan to laminate any activity I do print in order for it to last for years in the hands of 5 and 6 year olds.
