Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, students are building lots of skills that will help them in many different aspects of their lives. For different students, that means different things. For some students it means specific support for articulation to help them begin reading. For others, it means self-regulation skills. For some, it means toilet training and for many, it means building communication skills.

As we potty train and build language skills in our students, these supplies will allow us to meet them where they are and build more skills along with them.

Pull ups will make learning to use the toilet easier for our students while chew necklaces will help us help them learn about and manage their sensory needs. Puppets and storybooks will help them develop language and communication skills. Thank you for contributing to our students' future success!
