Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Reading plays a vital role in the cognitive development of all kindergarten students. Reading expands the mind and the imagination. These products will help my students become readers. As I lay the reading foundation for my kindergarten class, they will learn how to read in a fun and interactive way in a hands-on environment. I will use these products as stations in my classroom for students to visit daily. The students will enhance their reading and writing skills in these stations. These products will not only build on their reading skills but their confidence simultaneously.
