This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My classroom needs an up to date newspaper to keep them abroad of the news. My class is a self contained cross categorical class of 15 students. This means that they all have different disabilities. Two years ago my students were provided with a monthly newsletter, Weekly Reader, to keep them informed of current events but this last school year, our school was not able to provide that for our students. My students really enjoyed looking at the Weekly Reader and having it read to them. I am asking for a years subscription of the Weekly Reader and Time for my students. Since some are non readers and beginning readers, I will be reading it to them weekly to keep them informed. HELP
