Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My classroom is an exciting place where students learn about the human condition, themselves, and society, in addition to studying literature and writing. We connect the works we read to the world around us, expanding our world views and understanding.
My students are built for awesome.
I encourage them to incorporate their interests and ideas to enhance the lessons for themselves and others. They are a culturally diverse and open-minded group of young leaders that will surely make the world a better place in the years to come!
My Project
I have been in this classroom for 13 years. It is time to update and get some new supplies. The Smart Board I have is awesome, but the sound is WEAK. I am asking for Multimedia Monitor speakers that will help improve the multimedia presentations. This will help when we watch newscasts and documentaries.
Additionally, a new whiteboard is really LONG overdue.
